- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 1 large green pepper, sliced thin
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender.

2Cool.

3Mix sugar, soup, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

4Bring this mixture to a boil (until sugar is dissolved).

5Pour over carrots, onions and green pepper. Place in refrigerator overnight.
