  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 large onion, sliced in rings
  • 1 large green pepper, sliced in thin strips
  • 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper

    Cook in boiling salted water until tender; drain and cool.
