- 2 lb. carrots, peeled, sliced and cooked until barely tender, drain
- 3 small onions, sliced fine and diced
- 1 green pepper, sliced fine and diced
- 1 can undiluted tomato soup
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and pour over hot carrots.

2Cool. Refrigerate and stir occasionally.

3Will keep well 2 to 3 weeks in refrigerator.
