  • 8 oz. block Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. block cream cheese, frozen 30 minutes prior to cutting
  • 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
  • 2 oz. diced pimento
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. minced green onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cube block of Cheddar cheese and block of cream cheese.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cheese.

    Let marinate overnight.

    Serve chilled or at room temperature.
