Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken (legs, thighs or wings)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
  • garlic to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except chicken together.

    Layer chicken in tinfoil in an 8 x 11-inch pan.

    Pour mixture over chicken. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.

    Can be baked at 325° in a sauce or barbecued.
