- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2 1/4 tsp. salt

- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and mix well in glass bowl or jar. Marinate chuck roast or other cuts of beef at room temperature for at least 4 hours.
