- 3 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. sugar substitute
- 1 1/2 c. low-cal Italian dressing
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
Directions

1Combine vegetables and sugar in bowl; stir well.

2Combine Italian dressing, dry mustard and celery seed in saucepan.

3Bring to boil.

4Remove from heat.

5Pour mixture over vegetables, tossing to coat well.

6Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled. Stir and serve using a slotted spoon.
