- 1 pound fresh or frozen haddock fillets
- 3 Tbsp cooking oil
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 green onions (scallions) finely chopped
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried mustard
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 6 whole mushroom caps
- 12 cherry tomatoes
Directions

1Thaw fish if frozen.

2Cut fish into 1-inch pieces.

4combine oil, soy sauce, scallions, garlic, brown sugar, dried mustard and black pepper.

5Place fish pieces in marinade. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
