- 1 beef flank steak (about 2 lb.)
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Place steak in a glass dish.

2Combine ingredients; pour over meat.

3Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

4Remove meat, discard marinade.

5Grill over hot coals until meat reaches desired doneness.
