Ingredients
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. honey
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. red or white vinegar
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 (1 1/2 lb.) flank steak
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except steak, in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

2Add steak, turn to coat, cover.

3Refrigerate 5 hours or longer, turning occasionally.

4Remove steak from marinade, reserve mixture.

5Grill 4-inches from red hot coals or broil 4-inches from heat source, 12 to 14 minutes, until medium rare, turning once. Heat marinade in small saucepan.

6Serve steak thinly sliced, across the grain.
