- 1-1/2 tsp. ginger
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp chopped scallions
- 1-1/2 lb. flank steak, trimmed of all visible fat
- 4 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp honey
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and mix thoroughly.

2Marinate steak for eight hours in the refrigerator.

3Preheat broiler.

4Place meat in broiling pan and broil 4 to 6 inches (10.6 to 15.2 cm) from heat for 5 minutes on each side.

5Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.

6Slice thinly across the grain and serve.
