Marinated Flank Steak With Lime-Chipotle Glaze

- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 drained canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
- 2 tablespoons adobo sauce (reserved from drained chiles)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (1-pound) flank steak, trimmed
- Cooking spray
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Pour into a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add steak. Seal and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours, turning bag occasionally.

2Prepare grill.

3Remove steak from bag, reserving marinade. Pour marinade into a 2-cup glass measure; microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until marinade boils, stirring every 30 seconds.

4Place steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 7 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
