- 4 pounds Flap Meat (Costco)
- 2/3 cup Canola Oil
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/3 cup Lime juice
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcheshire sauce
- 3 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- 4 cloves Garlic
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3Put Meat in ziplock and pour sauce over.

4Let marinate for 24 hours.

5Remove Meat from marinade and season with salt and pepper.

6Bbq to your desired doneness.
