  • 36 jumbo green olives (10 oz. drained weight)
  • 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled

    Rinse olives and pat dry.

    Keep jar and lid.

    Return olives to jar.

    Add remaining ingredients; cover tightly and shake. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
