  • 1 green bell pepper seeded and cut into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper seeded and cut into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper seeded and cut into strips
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • ground black pepper
  • white vinegar
  • sugar

Directions

    Heat the oven's broiler on high.

    Place the pepper strips on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Roast until the peppers are soft.

    Dice the peppers and place in a skillet with a tablespoon if oil, a pinch of salt and garlic powder, 2 drops of vinegar, and 1/2 tsp. sugar.

    Cook on a medium heat until the vinegar has evaporated completely.

    Serve warm sprinkled with black pepper.
