Marinated Hoisin Chicken

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar or 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional but they do add to the dish)
Directions

1Mix all ingerdients except chicken in a bowl.

2Place in a plastic bag with the chicken.

3Marinate in refrigerator 6-24 hours , turning often (overnight is best).

4Arrange chicken in single layer in glass baking dish.

5Bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes .
