  • 8 apples
  • 2 c. unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Peel, core and chop apples.

    Put all ingredients into a large saucepan and bring to a boil.

    Simmer, uncovered for 25 minutes, stirring often.

    Let cool until you can touch.

    Push through a strainer.

    Store in refrigerator.
