  • 5 lb. mushrooms
  • 1 c. red wine vinegar
  • 12 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes

    Wash mushrooms; trim ends. Put mushrooms in water. Cook for 10 minutes. Boil; drain well. Mix marinade and pour over mushrooms. Bring back to a boil for 2 minutes. Store in plastic airtight container in the refrigerator.
