- 1 hard-cooked egg yolk, mashed
- 1/3 c. malt vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients except mushrooms.

2Bring to a boil and add mushrooms.
