- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. dried mustard
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 small onion, cut up
- salt
Directions

1Combine all but the mushrooms; cook for 5 minutes on medium to medium-high.

2Add mushrooms; simmer for 2 minutes.

3Put in bowl; cover tightly and chill for several hours or overnight.
