- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 small onion in rings
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- about 1 lb. mushrooms
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and bring to a boil. Add about 1 pound mushrooms and simmer 5 to 6 minutes.

2Flavor improves if let set for a few hours.
