Ingredients
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 red onion, sliced thin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 3 c. fresh mushrooms (skins removed, steamed 1 minute and drained)
Directions

1Simmer all ingredients, except mushrooms for 5 minutes.

2Drain mushrooms and add to marinade.

3Store in refrigerator at least 24 hours and as long as 2 weeks.

4Remove from refrigerator at least one hour before serving.

5Serve in bowl with toothpicks.
