- 1/2 c. wine vinegar (tarragon)
- 2/3 c. salad oil
- 2 tsp. chives
- 1 tsp. tarragon (dry)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
Directions

1Drain mushrooms.

2Place in jar and add marinade to cover. Refrigerate overnight.
