  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. tarragon or basil
  • 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans pitted black olives (large)
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

Directions

    Combine olive oil, vinegar, bay leaf and garlic in a small bowl.

    Mix well.

    Pour over olives.

    Add lemon and mix.

    Cover and refrigerate at least one day (2 or 3 are better).
