- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. tarragon or basil
- 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 (12 oz.) cans pitted black olives (large)
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
Directions

1Combine olive oil, vinegar, bay leaf and garlic in a small bowl.

3Pour over olives.

4Add lemon and mix.

5Cover and refrigerate at least one day (2 or 3 are better).
