Marinated Pasta Salad

  • 1 box corkscrew macaroni (white)
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 bunch broccoli floweretes
  • 1 head cauliflower floweretes (not stems)
  • 5 carrots (sliced circles)

Directions

    Cook macaroni 7 minutes.

    Drain.

    Rinse with cold water and drain again.

    Put oil, sugar, vinegar, onion, salt and parsley into blender and mix until well blended.

    Mix vegetables with macaroni.

    Pour blended marinade over the vegetable mixture and let set overnight.

    Stir once or twice while marinating.
