Marinated Pea Salad

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (17 oz.) can LeSueur peas, drained
- 1 (11 oz.) can Green Giant white Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 c. finely chopped onion
Directions

1Combine in small saucepan the vinegar, sugar, water, salt and pepper.

2Bring to a boil, stir and cook 1 minute.

3Remove from heat.

4Cool completely.

5Combine vegetables in a large bowl. Pour marinade over vegetables, stir gently.

6Cover salad and refrigerate.

7Salad keeps well in refrigerator about a week.
