- 2 lb. cans unsweetened pineapple chunks
- 4 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 to 4 cinnamon sticks
- 18 cloves
Directions

1Drain pineapple and reserve liquid.

2Simmer in a large saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes 1 cup of pineapple juice, vinegar, sugar, cinnamon sticks and cloves.

3Add drained pineapple chunks and continue heating 5 minutes.

4Refrigerate for 3 to 4 days.

5Serve in a clear glass bowl, with frilly toothpicks.
