  • 6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped preserved ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Trim fat from chops and place in baking pan.

    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.

    Cover and refrigerate minimum 8 hours.

    Bake in marinade in 325° oven for 1 hour.
