- 2 pork tenderloins
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 3 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. ground pepper
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
Directions

1Trim fat from pork.

2Combine ingredients, except for oil, in a bowl.

3Marinate pork strips in this mixture for at least 4 hours (or overnight).

4Drain and reserve marinade.

5Transfer to oiled baking dish and roast at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Simmer marinade and serve with pork.
