  • 3 to 5 lb. beef roast
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Port wine
  • 1/2 Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, Port wine, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.

    Place beef in marinade and marinate overnight (turning at least once).

    Grill meat over open flame or roast at 375° until done.
