- 3 to 5 lb. beef roast
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Port wine
- 1/2 Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, Port wine, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.

2Place beef in marinade and marinate overnight (turning at least once).

3Grill meat over open flame or roast at 375° until done.
