- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 peppercorns
- 6 cloves
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 bay leaves
- 1-1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1-1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Roll roast in flour and brown in margarine until dark brown. Add all ingredients.

2Cook on top of stove until tender or about 3-4 hours according to thickness of roast.
