  • 1 (5 lb.) roast
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 6 peppercorns
  • 6 cloves
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1-1/2 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1-1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Roll roast in flour and brown in margarine until dark brown. Add all ingredients.

    Cook on top of stove until tender or about 3-4 hours according to thickness of roast.
