- 1 (3 lb.) beef chuck roast
- 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. steak sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. carrot slices
- 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 large onion, sliced thick
Directions

1Cut roast to fit into crock-pot.

2Place meat in plastic bag; set in a deep bowl; set aside.

3Stir together tomato juice, vinegar, garlic, steak sauce, salt, sugar, parsley and pepper. Pour marinade over meat and close bag.

4Marinate overnight in refrigerator, turning twice.
