- 1 (3 lb.) eye of round roast
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except roast.

2Marinate meat for a day or two in refrigerator, turning several times.

3Let meat stand at room temperature for an hour before cooking.

4Roast, uncovered, with marinade, in preheated 250° oven for two hours.

5Allow roast to rest for 15 minutes.

6Slice across grain.
