- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- garlic or garlic powder
- onion salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except roast.

2Place roast in bag in a shallow pan.

4marinade over roast; cover for 24 hours in refrigerator, turning once.

5Bake in marinade at 350° for 2 or 3 hours.
