Ingredients: 2-inch thick round steak; 1 1/2 c. salad oil; 3/4 c. soy sauce; 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce; 2 Tbsp. dry mustard; 2 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/2 c. lemon juice; 1 Tbsp. pepper; 1/2 c. wine vinegar; 1 1/2 tsp. parsley; 2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. parsley

Poke meat with a fork.

Mix all ingredients.

Pour over the meat and marinate overnight.

Turn meat over and baste in a.m. Continue to marinate until ready to grill. Grill approximately 20 minutes.
