Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can garden peas
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 large chopped green pepper
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. each: black pepper and paprika
Directions

1Drain corn, beans and peas.

2Mix with celery, onion and green pepper.

3Boil vinegar, sugar, oil, water, pepper and paprika. Cool.

4Add to vegetables.

5Marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours.

6Keeps well for a week in refrigerator.
