Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can garden peas
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 large chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. each: black pepper and paprika

Directions

    Drain corn, beans and peas.

    Mix with celery, onion and green pepper.

    Boil vinegar, sugar, oil, water, pepper and paprika. Cool.

    Add to vegetables.

    Marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours.

    Keeps well for a week in refrigerator.
