- 2 salmon fillets
- 4 cm piece frensh ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sake
Directions

1Cut the salmon into thin strips, and arrange them in a single layer in a large deep dish.

2Place the ginger, garlic, spring onion, sugar, salt, soy sauce, and sake in a small bowl and stir to combine. Pour the marinade over the salmon, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

3Arrange the salmon, strip by strip on a serving plate.
