Ingredients
- 2 lb. shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 small green peppers, sliced
- 4 carrots, sliced and cooked
- 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
Directions

1Combine shrimp, carrots, onions and peppers; set aside.

2Mix well soup, vinegar, salad oil, sugar and mustard.

3Pour over shrimp and vegetables.

4Mix lightly.

5Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, add cucumber slices.

6(You can also add orange or apple slices, dew melon cubes, etc.).
