- 2 1/2 lb. shrimp
- 1/2 lb. celery tops
- 1/4 c. pickling spices
- 3 tsp. salt
- 2 c. thinly sliced onions
- 6 bay leaves
- 1 c. canola oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
- dash of Tabasco
Directions

1Boil shrimp in celery tops, pickling spices, salt, onions and bay leaves for 5 minutes.

2When cooled, pour marinade of canola oil, vinegar, capers, celery seed and Tabasco over the shrimp and onions.

3Refrigerate for 24 hours.
