- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. capers and juice
- 2 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of Tabasco
- 2 c. onion slices
- 7 or 8 bay leaves

1Size of shrimp can be your preference.

2Mix all ingredients. Place in covered container and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Can be kept for a week.
