Marinated Shrimp

  • 2 lb. or so large shrimp (headless)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. bourbon
  • 1 (16 oz.) 7 Seas dressing (Italian)
  • spices to taste (Worcestershire, Tabasco or whatever you want, optional)

    Heat bourbon, butter and Italian dressing.

    Cool.

    Lay shrimp in shallow pan.

    Poke small holes with fork in one side of shrimp shell (5 or 6).

    Pour marinade over shrimp.

    Let soak a few hours, letting marinade seep into shells.

    Grill for 1 minute on each side.
