  • 1lb marcona almonds
  • 2t olive oil
  • 1t kosher salt
  • 2T fresh thyme leave, stripped from the stems

Directions

    Heat over to 350. Pour almonds onto a sheet pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and thyme leaves. Toss with your hands. Bake for 10-15 mins, turning every 5 mins.
