- 1 large cabbage, chopped
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large bell pepper, sliced
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Place chopped cabbage, bell pepper and onion in layers in dish.

2Boil vinegar, sugar, salt and celery seed for two minutes. Add oil. Bring to a boil.

3Pour over chopped vegetables while hot. Cover tightly.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Will keep in refrigerator for 4 to 6 days.
