- 3 lb. cabbage
- 4 oz. jar pimentos
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 green peppers
- 2 medium onions
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Grate or chop vegetables.

2Then in a saucepan, combine vinegar, water and sugar.

3Heat, stirring until mixture comes to a boil and sugar is dissolved.

4Cool and pour over cabbage mixture. Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator.

5Can be stored in refrigerator for several days.
