- 3 lb. cabbage, chopped
- 1 c. vinegar (white or red)
- 1 c. sugar (granulated)
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. red bell pepper, chopped
Directions

1Mix the vinegar and sugar on stove until dissolved, not boiling.

2Add the oil and pour over rest of ingredients.

3Will keep for 2 weeks in refrigerator.
