  • 2-1/2 qt. KRAFT Light Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 10 each beef flank steaks (1 lb. each)
  • 2-1/2 qt. onions, sliced
  • 2-1/2 qt. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 40 each Italian bread rolls (4 inch), partially split
  • 1-1/4 qt. shredded low moisture part skim milk mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

    Pour dressing evenly over steaks in 2 hotel pans (or1 half hotel pan for trial recipe).

    Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to marinate.

    Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until tender; set aside.

    Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.

    Broil or grill steaks 9 min.

    on each side or until cooked through.

    Cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices.

    Combine cheeses.

    For each serving: Fill roll with 3 oz.

    steak, 1/2 cup vegetable mixture and about 2 Tbsp.
