- 1 pound tofu, plain or seasoned
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions

1Drain tofu and cut into slices or cubes, depending upon your recipe.

2Place in a shallow dish, and coat with barbeque sauce.

3Cover, and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

4Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

5Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

6Cook with a small amount of sauce, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.

7Return tofu to the baking dish.

8Bake in preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes.
