  • 200 grams Fresh tuna (sashimi quality)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 Kinshi tamago (finely shredded thin omelet)
  • 700 grams Sushi rice
  • 1 Sweetened vinegar

Directions

    Make the sushi rice.

    Cut the tuna up into easy to eat pieces, and marinate the ingredients for about 20 minutes.

    Put the sushi rice in a bowl, top with the marinated tuna, scatter nori seaweed, and put wasabi on the side.

    Optionally top with kinshi tamago (thinly shredded omelet).

    Use 1 egg per 2 servings.
