- 1 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 1/2 c. white wine or 7-Up
- medium sized turkey breast
Directions

1Slice turkey breast in slices 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick.

2Mix marinade.

3Marinate turkey for at least two hours.

4Turn turkey a time or two or put in container with tight-sealing lid and turn over.

5Place turkey on grill; baste occasionally.

6Turn once. (Grill about 8 to 10 minutes per side, depending on thickness of slices.)

7Fresh turkey may be sliced and frozen (put on cookie sheet with wax paper between layers until frozen).

8To fix quantity desired, mix a proportional amount of marinade.
