Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 1 small cauliflower (flowerets)
- 1 can whole mushrooms
- 2 green peppers
- 18 black olives
- carrots, cooked until tender-crisp
- 1 c. olive oil
- 1 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 clove garlic
Directions

1Toss together the first 6 ingredients. Bring the olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, black pepper and garlic to a boil. Cool 5 minutes.

2Mix vegetables and cooled sauce.

3Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours to marinate.

4Better after 2 days.

5Bring to room temperature before serving.
